Group Contract
As a group, we collectively determined rules and structured a contract for reference. The contract includes the following:
Treat others the way you want to be treated. Respect others opinions and be open-minded to accepting ideas that are not your own. We are a group, therefore we work together as a team to reach common goals; no one individual should make decisions on behalf of the entire group without consulting first. Every individual in the group needs to put in equal effort in to the group assignments, and complete the part that is designated for them. Allow the opportunity for other members of the group to express their ideas, concerns, and feelings. Group members need to be as flexible and patient as possible, and respectful of other group member's life outside the classroom. Be respectful of other people's time. Do not show up more than 10 minutes late without letting the rest of the group know. If a group member misses more than two meetings without informing the group before hand and simply do not show up, the remaining three members of the group can collectively decide based on past events where the other member stands being in the group. |
